When the dumpster is picked up the driver will put a tarp over the load for containment during transport. We ask that you don’t load any material above the top rails of the dumpster that will interfere with the tarp. Try to keep the load flat and distribute the weight as evenly as possible. If for any reason the dumpster is improperly loaded and cannot be transported safely, you will have to unload the dumpster to a safe level before we can remove it. Additional charges may be assessed.
What if I fill the dumpster and still have “junk” left over?
When we pick up your full dumpster we’re happy to bring you another or, if there’s only a small quantity left over, pick it up at an additional charge.

How much space does the dumpster need?
For each type of dumpster, this site gives the size of the dumpster. It is recommended that you give twice as much space as the width and height of the dumpster to make sure there is enough space and height clearance. Also, think about adding 10′ for the swinging door on the back of the dumpster.

What If It Rains?
All of the excess water will be drained out when the dumpster is picked up and put on the truck. Yes, it could affect the weight if there are things that soak up water. There is nothing we can do about this. We too get charged for that water weight. If you are very worried about it, we suggest you put a tarp tightly over it to keep water out.
Will The Container Be Picked-Up Automatically?
Yes. We will automatically return in 7 days to pick up the container unless you instruct otherwise.
Will The Dumpster Damage My Property?
